The same thing happened to me!
However, I read on other sources that they are trying to fix it and the regular Club Penguin should come back on shortly.
The domain was set to expire in 2012, so I believe that whoever Club Penguin originally bought the domain from screwed up.
Same page showed up when i tried. They better fix it quick because i want to meet the penguin band. They told me it should be back up soon and they said all our penguin stuff should be back.
